The Leake County School District is a rural school system with an approximate enrollment of 3000 students. The Leake County School District offers a comprehensive instructional program for approximately 3000 students located on five campuses. These five campuses' locations are: three campuses located within the city limits of Carthage and two campuses located in Walnut Grove.
